Please review the LonglegzK, Ltd Co return policy carefully for a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, free from stains or odors, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Custom or personalized items, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.


How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email returns@longlegzk.org with the following details:

• Order number

• Your email address

• Reason for the return

2. Approval & Shipping Label: If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will provide a prepaid return label via email. LonglegzK, Ltd Co will cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Ship Your Item(s): Use the provided shipping label to send the item(s) back.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it meets LonglegzK, Ltd Co criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval after inspection.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


Fraud Prevention and False Claims

LonglegzK, Ltd Co is committed to protecting customers and businesses from fraudulent activity. Any attempt to misuse our policies, such as filing false claims of non-receipt of an order or engaging in deceptive behavior, will result in the following actions:

1. Investigation: Claims of non-receipt or other issues will be thoroughly investigated using tracking information, delivery confirmations, and communication with the shipping carrier.

2. Denial of Refunds: If it is determined that the claim is fraudulent or the order was successfully delivered, no refund or replacement will be issued.

3. Account Ban: Customers found committing fraud will be permanently banned from:

• Future purchases

• Subscribing to or receiving LonglegzK newsletter

4. Reporting Fraudulent Activity: Fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including law enforcement and payment processors.

 

The aim is to maintain a fair and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@longlegzk.org.

2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

3. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.


Please note: All claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges. No exceptions. 


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

LonglegzK, Ltd Co reserves the right to deny returns if items do not meet the above stated criteria.
