7. Refund and Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not offered, except in cases where an item is damaged during delivery. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at returns@longlegzk.org with supporting documentation, including photos of the damage. All claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Any and all claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
