The Not Crazy, Just Traumatized drop is rooted in my journey of uncovering the truth about living with PTSD after years of battling depression and anxiety.

Through MONTHS of intensive therapy, I learned the way I saw the world was shaped by survival and defense, not "just who I am". These pieces represents a shift toward healing, reprocessing, and choosing growth while honoring the reality of trauma.
