The Not Crazy, Just Traumatized drop is rooted in my journey of uncovering the truth about living with PTSD after years of depression and anxiety. Through MONTHS of intensive therapy, I learned the way I saw the world was shaped by survival and defense, not "just who I am". This shirt represents a shift toward healing, reprocessing, and choosing growth while honoring the reality of trauma. It’s a reminder that being traumatized isn’t the ending.
